Problems can occur with these muscles due to pregnancy, childbirth, being overweight, constipation, post surgery, or from other medical problems. These muscles can be strengthened, however this must be done regularly to work effectively.
By using Squeeze Trainer you can ensure you perform the exercises correctly and frequently. You can use a standard exercise plan or setup a custom plan with daily reminders.
